As all of our products are live florals, all sales are final and no refunds or store credit will be issued in any case.
Orders cannot be cancelled once Floral Galore has begun processing the order. In order to promptly deliver our arrangements as fresh as possible, the processing of an order commences almost immediately once you have submitted your order. However, should you wish to change or cancel your order, you are welcome to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check whether the processing of an order has begun. If our team has not started producing your order, we may be able to accommodate your request to cancel. During routine website maintenance, any pricing issues may not be honored and orders may be cancelled and refunded when inaccurate rates are applied.
Accordingly, we encourage you to carefully check your order before submitting it.
Illuminated Arrangement LED Lights Policy
Within 60 days of purchase, if for any reason the LED lights in your Illuminated Arrangement no longer work after battery change, we will pay for your arrangement to be shipped back for inspection. Upon review and deemed your product is in fact “defected“ and not caused by any visible damage, we will send a replacement at no extra charge. However, upon inspection if our team concludes your arrangement is defected due to visible damage (dropped, broken, cracked, etc.) there will be no replacement sent. In the event of conclusive visible damage, you are responsible for the return postage if you would like your arrangement sent back to you.
